YieldGuard GmbH (“YieldGuard”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website https://yieldguard.finance (the “Site”) and related dashboards for professional investors. We will be incorporated in Hachenburg, Germany and act as controller for personal data collected via the Site. Our contact details are provided in Section 9 below.
2. Purpose of this Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how we deploy cookies and similar technologies (collectively “cookies”) on the Site, what data they collect, and how you can manage your preferences.

6. Managing your preferences

7. International transfers
Some third-party providers (e.g., Google LLC, Hotjar Ltd., LinkedIn Corp.) are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred to the United States we rely on one of:
- The EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (for certified providers), or
- Standard Contractual Clauses plus supplementary measures.
